Toll Fraud Policy

GS IT Services takes toll fraud seriously and is committed to preventing unauthorized use of telecom services. Toll fraud occurs when malicious actors gain unauthorized access to phone systems to make fraudulent calls, often resulting in significant financial losses. It is the responsibility of all customers to secure their phone systems, implement strong passwords, and monitor call activity to prevent such incidents.

GS IT Services provides security best practices, fraud monitoring tools, and guidance to help customers safeguard their telecom infrastructure. However, customers remain liable for any fraudulent calls made through their systems. If suspicious activity is detected, we recommend immediate action, such as disabling international calling, restricting access to trusted users, and reporting incidents to GS IT Services and relevant authorities.

By using GS IT Services telecom services, customers agree to take necessary precautions against toll fraud. GS IT Services is not responsible for charges resulting from fraudulent calls made through compromised systems. If you need assistance in securing your phone system, please contact our support team at support@itservices.london.

Fair Usage Policy

GS IT Services is committed to providing reliable and high-quality IT and telecom services. This Fair Usage Policy (FUP) ensures that all customers use our services responsibly and fairly, in line with industry standards and UK regulations.

Our services, including broadband, VoIP, and cloud solutions, are designed for normal business use. Excessive, unreasonable, or non-business-related usage that negatively impacts network performance, such as automated bulk messaging, continuous high-bandwidth consumption, or misuse of telecom services, may result in restrictions, additional charges, or suspension. We monitor usage patterns to ensure fair access for all customers and may take action if usage exceeds reasonable limits.

GS IT Services reserves the right to review and update this policy in accordance with UK communications regulations. Customers found in breach of this policy may be required to adjust their usage or move to a more suitable plan.

Gender Pay Gap Statement

At GS IT Services, we are committed to pay equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. We fully support the UK Government’s Gender Pay Gap Reporting Regulations, which require companies to measure and report on the pay differences between men and women.

What is the Gender Pay Gap?

The gender pay gap reflects the average difference in earnings between male and female employees across a company. It does not indicate unequal pay for the same role, which is illegal under the Equality Act 2010. At GS IT Services, we ensure that all employees are paid fairly and equitably based on their role, experience, and performance.

Our Commitment to Pay Equality

We are actively working to reduce any gender pay gap by:
Ensuring fair and transparent pay structures based on skills and experience.
Encouraging women in leadership and technical roles within the IT sector.
Offering flexible working options to support work-life balance.
Providing training, mentoring, and career progression opportunities for all employees.

Our Gender Pay Gap Report

GS IT Services will publish its gender pay gap report annually, in line with UK government requirements. If you have any questions about our approach, please contact info@itservices.london.

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every employee has equal opportunities to succeed.
