Last updated: 24 August 2026

GS IT Services London (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

GS IT Services London is a trading name of Geeksquad IT Services Ltd, a managed IT and cyber security provider registered in England and Wales (company number 15041674), with its registered office at Unimix House, Platinum Suite, Abbey Road, London NW10 7TR. For any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@itservices.london or 0203 576 3830.

ICO registration reference: ZC099265.

What personal data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

  • Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and any message you include. We also collect this information if you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp.
  • Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. See our Cookie Policy for full details of the cookies this sets.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form, by email, phone, or WhatsApp
  • Provide quotes, arrange security reviews, and deliver the services you ask us about
  • Understand how this website is used, so we can improve it
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

Our legal basis for processing enquiry data is legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where you go on to become a client, performance of a contract. Our legal basis for analytics cookies is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via your cookie preferences or browser settings.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run this website and our business, including our website hosting provider, our email provider, and Google (for Google Analytics, acting as a data processor on our behalf). Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data and only use it for the purposes we specify.

International transfers

Google Analytics may transfer data outside the UK, including to the United States. Where this happens, Google relies on the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data (contact form submissions, emails) for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship plus a period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Google Analytics data is retained according to the settings on our Google Analytics account, currently 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data (“the right to be forgotten”)
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data
  • Ask for your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@itservices.london. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Security

As a cyber security business, we take the protection of your data seriously and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep it safe from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.

This policy covers this website. It does not cover the terms of any signed client agreement, which is governed separately by that agreement. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms & Conditions.
